Botanical selection
Incoming Bacopa monnieri material is evaluated for identity and suitability before approval for processing.
Cultivation & sourcing
Sourced through approved partners under raw-material qualification. Supplier documentation, traceability and botanical quality are reviewed.
Harvest & raw-material control
Aerial parts are harvested, cleaned and dried under controlled conditions. Materials failing identity or quality tests are not released.
Controlled extraction
Processed at Star Hi Herbs' facility using a controlled extraction and concentration process, standardized to the Bacosane® composition.
Quality testing & batch release
Every batch is tested for identity, active constituents, physical characteristics, microbiology and contaminant limits.
Packing & global delivery
Packed in 25 kg HDPE drums with double food-grade poly liners; shipped internationally with full documentation.
