Requirements
Qualifying criteria
- 1.Purchase Bacosane® directly from Star Hi Herbs or an authorised distributor.
- 2.Use the approved Bacosane® grade and formulation level from the current technical dossier.
- 3.Declare the ingredient as 'Bacosane® standardized Bacopa monnieri extract' on the label.
- 4.Submit formulation, label artwork, website content and marketing claims for review before publication.
- 5.Avoid claims suggesting Bacosane® diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
- 6.Sign the applicable trademark licence or brand-use agreement.
- 7.Maintain traceability records for authentic Bacosane® material.
Guidelines
Logo usage guidelines
- The Bacosane® logo must always be reproduced from the official artwork.
- The registered trademark symbol (®) must always appear.
- The logo must not be redrawn, stretched, rotated, recoloured or modified.
- Minimum size and clear-space requirements follow the official brand kit.
- The mark must not be used as the finished product's primary brand name.
- Use does not imply that Star Hi Herbs manufactures or endorses the complete product.
